  • Ordering
    Simply fill out our contact form and we will be in touch to confirm the details! We will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your order, discuss customization, and provide payment information. Please note that orders are not confirmed until you hear from us via email securing your date. We typically can fulfill orders placed up to 48 hours before an event, but contact us for last minute inquiries and we will do our best to fit you in!
  • Sizing
    We are always happy to discuss your event and recommend the proper sizing and board selection. Our sizing recommendations are based upon substantial servings to ensure that your guests leave happy and full. As stand-alone appetizers, we typically recommend the following sizes: Small for 4-6 people, Medium for 8-10 people, Large for 12-14 people, Deluxe for 16-18 people
  • Pickup and Delivery
    We always offer an option for pickup in Larchmont, NY the day of your event. We also can provide delivery within 5 miles for $8, 5-10 miles for $25, and above 10 miles starting at $45.
  • Packaging
    All of our boards are packaged on disposable palm leaf or kraft catering trays and come with wooden or bamboo serving utensils. Items are wrapped securely to remain fresh until your event, with all crackers and breads plated on the side for freshness. We can provide wooden or ceramic trays upon request.
  • Cancellations
    We appreciate your business and require a fully refundable payment to secure your order. All cancellations require 72 hour notice and refunds will not be honored after that time.
